CURRENCY REFORM.
. "Accountant" mentions that Mr. Coateslu on several occasions been pestered with social credit questions. Why pestered? Surely cmrency reformers have an equal right to discuss this most important of all questions. Social credit is a subject in which many are interested, a system in which many have faith. Surely "Accountant" must realise that our present society is basically unsound. A ciro cannot be effected unless the cause is ovacome. Does our present monetary system permit of a true, regular balance between ml and symbolic wealth for the general convenience and. welfare ? Waste of Nate's products is evident the world over. There if an uneconomic delaying of the national service wealth to the by-waters of anti-social interests, which again through their power us largely the cause of the great_national wastage upon armies and navies, whose only purpose is destruction. Our present system says produce more, and ever wastes that increased production. Can "Accountant" deny this M> and does he still consider Mr. Goates is Wig pestered, as he terms it, unduly? G. E. PRESTON.
