RIOTOUS SCENES.
DISTURBANCES IN PARIS. (Received 1 p.m.) PARIS, November 11. Crowds estimated at between 250,000 and 400,000 packed the Champs Elysees during the Armistice Day parades and sang the "Internationale" and "La Marseillaise." Fascist groups marched to the Arc de Triomphe while Communists shouted "assassins." Several clashes took place and a number of arrests were made. The National Deputy, M. Henriot, was among those injured. Tension prevailed in the evening on the boulevards where large forces of police broke up groups.
