FORGET PARTY.
MR. COATES' APPEAL. REAL NATIONAL GOVERNMENT. BRING ABOUT NEW ERA. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) DARGAVILLE, this day. Addressing another capacity meeting at Tutamoe at noon to-day, Mr. Coates said: — "There's a real job of work before this country. I would like a real National Government, combining all parties—Liberals, Conservatives and Labour. If these three parties could agree to get together and work together with one objective —that of rehabilitating the country—we could bring about a new era for this country." (Applause.) Mr. Sam Heath, the oldest settler, moved a vote of confidence, which was seconded by Mr. J. Coulter, a camp worker, and carried unanimously amid applause.
