DELIVERY OF TELEGRAMS.

MT. WELUNGTON DISTRICT. In reply to representations against charges being made for the delivery of telegrams in the Mount Wellington district, Mr. W, J. Jordan, M.P., has received advice from the Chief Postmaster that the. Department has decided to extend the free delivery of telegrams to include the area within a radius of two miles of the Otahuhu, Ellerslie and St. Heliers post offices.
