TO APPEAR AT ONEHUNGA.
REMAND ON SERIOUS CHARGE.
Arrested on warrant, charged, on December 26, 1933, with indecently assaulting a girl, aged 9 years and 9 months, a compositor, James Taylor Watt, aged 35, appeared in the Police Court, before Mr. Wyvern Wilson, yesterday.
On tlie application of the police accused was remanded to appear at Onehunga on November 12.
