JUSTICES OF THE PEACE.
Several remits were adopted for for- [ warding to the annual Federation conference at the adjourned annual meeting of the Auckland Justices of the Peace Association last evening, at which tho president, Mr. V. A. Coyle, presided. The following officers were elected: — President, Mr. V. A. Coyle; vicepresidents, Mrs. X. M. Moles\vor*», Messrs. I). Donaldson and .T. B. I'atei - son; council, Mrs. M. M. Droaver, .Mi*s A. Basten. Messrs. A. I'osser, A. J. Stratford, G. Magee, J. W. Bissett. Mrs. Molesworth is the first lady vicepresident to bo clectcd by the Auckland Association.
