N.Z. HORSES EXEMPT.
QUARANTINE RESTRICTIONS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Quarantine restrictions on New Zealand horses returning from the interDominion trotting championship at Perth next February will bo exempt from quarantine on return, provided, the horses aro certified to be healthy and free from ticks before leaving Perth, according to advice received by Mr. H. F. Nicoll, president of tho New Zealand Trotting Conference, from the Director of General Agriculture.
