DEATH AND HAVOC FOLLOW.

NEW YORK, November 6.

Dispatches from Miami, Florida, state that seven persons are dead and 137 injured, and 3,000,000 dollars' worth of damage has been caused to property and crops, as the result of Monday's freak storm. Two coastguard cutters are standing by the helpless Bull Line freighter Elizabeth, which is aground 300 yards off Miami Beach.
