JUBILEE SHOW.
MANAWATU. FIXTURE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMERSTON NORTH, this day. After heavy rain overnight showeryconditions prevailed for the first day of the Manawatu and West Coast A. and P. Association's golden jubilee spring show. The entries exceed 5300. The quality of the exhibits, especially in the live' stock classes, is on the highest scale. Special efforts have been made to make this, the fiftieth anniversary of the show, a record. The association has succeeded in several directions and only improved weather is required up till the concluding day on Saturday to make it the most •- utstanalrg fixture to date.
