POVERTY BAY PROPERTY. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) GISBORNE, this day. The biggest land deal in the recent history of Poverty Bay was completed when Mr. Humphrey Bayly, a wellknown station owner, added the Tangihan Station to his already substantial holdings. The price is reported to be in excess of £100,000. The property comprises 15,157 acres, and is 32 miles inland from Gisborne. It was acquired in 1028 by the late Mr. A. M.
