MIDGET CAR RACES.
STARTED IN AUSTMUA,
The latest, sport craze is midget car racing, and, according to a passenger who arrived by w the Wanganella these events are even more thrilling than motor broadsichng. On Saturday evening last midget car contests were features at the Moore Park and Wentworth Park speedways in Sydney. At the former Jean Seville, the British open champion, raced against Australian drivers and Bill Allen, of New Zealand. At Wentworth there were several challenge events and flying start races.
