WANGANELLA FOR SYDNEY.

AKAROA FOR LONDON,

The Wanganella is discharging cargo at the Queen's wharf and will start loading for Sydney this afternoon. She leaves at 11 a.m. to-morrow with about 120 passengers and is due at Sydney on Monday evening. The Shaw, Savill agents, Messrs. L. D. Nathan and Co., expect to dispatch the Akaroa at 5 p.m. to-morrow for London. She will go via Panama and Curacao, and is due at London on December 11. She takes 35 passengers and a full cargo of produce, including chilled and frozen meat, butter and cheese.

Rangitiki is busy loading for London at the Queen's wharf. She is expected to leave for Tokomaru Bay on Monday evening. (N.Z.S. Co.) City of Bagdad, which left New York 011 October 9, radios that she will arrive here at daylight on Saturday. (N.Z.S. Co.) Brisbane Maru left Wellington for Auckland at 9.30 p.m. yesterday and is due here at 4 p.m. to-morrow. She is expected to sail for Japan, via Sydney, at noon on Saturday. (Farmers' Co-op.) The New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Tekoa left Brisbane for Wellington on Monday to load for Great Britain. She Is due at Wellington about the end of this week. WORLD'S SHIPBUILDING. According to Lloyd's latest quarterly returns. 110 ships, totalling 530,554 tons. were under construction in Britain and Ireland on September 30. Germany is building 268.340 tons, Sweden 59.000 tons. Holland 62,045 tons, Japan 61,305 tons, Denmark 54,533 tons, France 46,520 tons. Italy 24,230 tons, and the United States 16.500 tons.
