OBLIVIOUS TO THE WAR.—A caravan, comprising 77 mules, 40 natives, four Italian men and one woman, arrived in Addis Ababa after an TB days' trip through the jungle, and were entirely unaware of the rvar between Italy and Abyssinia until they were met by a photographer ten miles from the city. Two of the party were consuls from Debra-Markas and they had to obtain special permission to enter the city.
