SAILING BOAT CAPSIZES. THREE OTHERS RESCUED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Sunday. Caught by a gust of wind in the channel between Quarantine Island and Otago Peninsula, a sailing-boat which contained two men and two children capsized this afternoon. All the occupants were thrown into the harbour and Mr. William Johnson, aged 30, single, was drowned. The others regained the boat and were later rescued. Mr. Johnson, who was wearing gumboots, was unable to swim. He disappeared immediately and his body has not been recovered.
