PUKEKOHE HIGH SCHOOL.
GRANT FOR EXTENSION.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.)
PUKEKOHE, Tuesday.
When addressing a meeting of electors at Aka Aka last evening, Mr. J. N. Massey, M.P., stated that many months' ago representations had been made to the Minister to make a grant for extensions to the Pukekohe Technical High School.
The board of managers of the school had held out against grants for any further, temporary additions. They had upheld their rights for the erection $>f additions in permanent materials, arid as a result a deadlock had been reached. However, a telegram had been received stating that Cabinet had now approved of a grant for extensions in permanent materials.
