FAR EAST THREAT.
USE OF FORCE BY JAPAN. LONDON, October 21. The "News-Chronicle" Moscow correspondent states that in connection with the dispute over the Mongolia-Mau-chukuo frontier, Mr. leader of a Japanese delegation, who is conducting negotiations, threatens a march on the Mongolian. capital of Ulanbator to forcibly- settle the dispute unless his demands are promptly accepted. These demands entail establishment of six frontier observation posts, whereas the Mongolians, contend that two would be sufficient.
