POSITION IN SOUTH
(By Telegraph—Press Association.; CHRISTCHURCH, Friday. There has been no movement at all in the potato market this week, the nominal quotation remaining where it was last Friday. There hae been no business and it is therefore impossible at present to say what potatoes are actually worth, although it is quite definite that they are not worth the high rates of three weeks a~o. A small got away during the week, much of it being on consignment, and this, with stocks held in Auckland, ehould keep the market there quiet for a little.
