Pursuant to Section G4 of the Rating Act, 1925, public notice is hereby given that the Takapuna Borough Council lias resolved to allow every ratepayer a rebate of five j. per centum (5 per cent) of so much of the rates payable by him as arc paid before the expiration of thirty (30) days after the due date thereof.
