TIMARTT CRIMINAL SESSION. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) TIMARU, Tuesday. The Supreme Court session opened this morning before Mr. Justice Northcroft. Addressing the grand jury the judge said: "Unfortunately on this occasion the district has not the happy record of my first visit to Timaru."j There were four charges for consideration by the grand jury—one of breaking' and entering, one of murder against a [ young man named Shaw, the circum- i stances being unusual, one of alleged cruelty to sheep, and one involving a charge of negligent driving. , True bills were returned in all cases.'
