DIPLOMATS' REPRESENTATIONS TO ROME. - British Official Wireless.—Rec. 1.30 p.m. RUGBY, October 14. Most of the Governments whose diplomatic or consular •representatives at Addis Ababa joined in addressing identical telegrams to their respective Governments asking them to obtain assurances from the Italian Government that neither Addis Ababa nor Dire Dawa would be attacked from the air, have now made further representations to Rome. Signor Suvich, Italian UnderSecretary for Foreign Affairs, has, it is understood, taken note of the representations.
