FAREWELL GIFTS.

A farewell to Constable and Mrs. Moore, and a welcome to Sergeant and Mrs. Mclntyre was held at the Rivoli Theatre last night. The Mayor, Mr. L. R. Wilkinson, on behalf of the citizens made a presentation to Constable Moore, and Mr! P. Mcintosh, for the Bay of Plenty Returned Soldiers' Association, presented him with a cigarette holder and ash trav. At other functions Constable Moore was presented with a portmanteau and a rug.
