DECLARED BLACK.
AERODROME RELIEF JOB. FULL-TIME RATES DEMANDED. (By Telegmph.—Tress Association.) PALMERSTON NORTH, this day. The relief workers, who struck at the aerodrome yesterday, decided to continue the strike and declared the job "black." but about twenty men remained at work. The case advanced by the strikers was placed before the authorities in Wellington, who intimated that, provided tho men returned to work and made their representations in a proper manner. their case would receive consideration. Over a hundred men assembled at the Labour office this morning and reaffirmed their decision to demand full-time rates, an amendment to return to work and go slow being defeated.
