SILK AND WOOL interwoven are used to create this street frock. It is black and heavily corded. The shoulder yoke and bow are formed of matching fabric in scarlet. The black lining of the scarf is revealed in one side of the loop. The edges of the scarlet buttons and buckle are stitched in silver. Stitched black crepe is used for the square beret.
