MISSING OIL DRUM.
ONEHUNGA THEFT CHAKGE. Two labourers named Hugh Albert Saunders and Murray Sloan Russell, aged 37 and 27 years respectively, were charged before Mr. J. Laking, J.P., at the Onehunga Police Court this morning with stealing an oil drum valued at° 10/, the property of Charles W. White. Sergeant S. A. Brown said the accused took the article from the Onelninga wharf this morning and were arrested by Constable L. R. Morgan at six o'clock. They gave their address at No. 12, Fleet Street, Auckland. At the sergeant's request the accused were remanded until next Monday. Bail was allowed.
