RADIO INDUSTRY.

Radio is rapidly becoming one of the largest, as . well as the most flourishing, of Britain’s industries. The market is expanding all over the Empire—even as far afield as India and Africa. As a result of these new avenues, it is expected that £30,000,000 worth of new radio sets and equipment will be sold during the next twelve months. This is £5,000,000 more than in the past year. Plans are being made to meet an expected demand for 1,750,000 new receiving sets —an advance of a quarter of a million.on last year’s output.-
