HOT WEATHER DRINK.

If you are hot and tired and not inclined to eat anything, try this as a nourishing pick-me-up. Beat the white and yolk of a fresh egg separately. Put a teaspoonful of sugar and the juice of half a lemon into a glass with a little of the beaten white of the egg, then a dash of soda water, then more white and more soda water until all the white is used up. Then put in the beaten yolk in the fame way with more soda water. Drink this jvhile it is still fizzy.
