More thrills and drama' are packed into "Public Hero.No. 1," it' reports concerning this film, coming to-morrow to the St. James' Theatre, are correct, than have been included in many such dramatic pictures for months, even years, past. The main plot of the picture deals with a brand new theme—the relentless pursuit of a notorious "public enemy" by the intrepid agents of the U.S. Department of Justice, whose exploits are now being emphasised by the screen instead of those of the old-time gangsters. Chester Morris and Joseph Calleia play pivotal roles in the fast-moving plot involving the pursuit of « notorious criminal.
