j "Youth Sings Across the Frontiers." INTERNATIONAL RELAY. (Received 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, October 2. Thirty countries, including Australia, South Africa and India, will take part in a world-wide children's broadcast on October 27 entitled, "Youth Sings Across the Frontiers." It is described as the greatest international relay chain yet created. The programme will be arranged b; the International Broadcasting Unioi with Berlin as the , central distributing point. It will be so interlocked that i. will appear to come from a single studio. The last hour and a half will b devoted to typical choirs of young people singing in their own countries Each will contribute for about three minutes. Britain's part will consist of three songs by an anonymous choir of 20 boys and girls.
