MUTUAL SEPARATION". On the ground of separation for the statutory period, a decree nisi was granted Percy Silvester (Mr. Tuck) .against Jane Elizabeth Silvester (Mr. Taylor)' at the Supreme Court this morning by Mr. Justico Callan. A defence which had been filed by the respondent was withdrawn. Petitioner gave evidence that ho was married in 1930 and the following year lie and his wife agreed to separate. He had not seen her since.
