Extension of Gift System.

LARGE RANGE OF PRIZES Ever since the inception of our certificate of merit scheme, books have been offered as prizes in exchange for certificates totalling 25 points. As an experiment, for a period of two months, those readers who have secured the necessary 25 points may nominate their reward, selecting; a gift which appears in the list below. If the new proposal seems to meet with a popular demand the range of gifts available will be extended and fresh lists will be published from time to time. Contributors are reminded that their three-point birthday gift certificates count towards the 25 points necessary, provided they are redeemed in the current year of issue. Here is the list from which you may select your gift:— Fountain pens. Paints. Reward books. Sewing sets. School sets, containing pencils, pens, rubbers, compasses and a fountain pen. Writing sets (note paper and envelopes) Propelling and repelling pencils.
