WAIKATO CLUB.
Since the Waikato Trotting Club has drawn up its programme for its spring meeting on October 19 and 21 Mrs. H. Gage has donated a gold whip, and sportsmen of Auckland, through Messrs. C. H. Trigg and C. Cowan, have donated a canteen of cutlery. These trophies are in addition to the silver tea and cofiee service given by Mr. E. G. Bridgens, which will go to the owner of the winner of the Tamahere Handicap, on the first day. ANSWERS TO CORRESPONDENTS. T. 0.8.
