ACTION ON MEDICAL ADVICE. RUGBY, September 19. Mr. Arthur Henderson, president of the Disarmament Conference, who celebrated his 73rd birthday last week, is taking a complete rest on medical advice. His condition is not regarded as serious, but he has gone into a nursing home for expert treatment which may require some weeks.
