FALL FROM HORSE.
BOY SERIOUSLY INJURED. ACCIDENT AT PUKEKOHE. (From Onr Own Correspondent.) PUKEKOHE, Thursday. As the result of falling from a in Kitchener Road, Pukekohe, a schoolboy, John Gordon Bilkey, aged 10 years, son of Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Bilkey, Pukekohe, suffered a fracture of the skull.
The boy Lad been Bent a message and. was returning home with some books when he dropped one. He dismounted and picked the book up, and then started to remount. The horse, however, moved off before he could get his leg across the saddle and went some [distance before the boy fell backwards. I striking his head on the bituminiscd. I road.
