SIR F. BOYS IN ENGLAND. (Received 12 noon.) LONDON, September 9. The New Zealander, Sir Francis Boys, has been appointed a member of the Bacon* Development Board. He was formerly a director and manager of the New Zealand Refrigerating Company.
