MIDDLESEX DUE TO-NIGHT. SHXNTOKU MARTJ SAILS. The Federal steamer Middlesex will arrive late to-night from Liverpool and West of England ports. She will djscharge at the Queen's wharf, later going to Wellington. Lyttelton and Dunedin, The Japanese training harquehtine Shintoku Maru left the 'King's wharf at 2 p.m. to-day on her return to .Japan, after a stay in port of exactly a week. During the visit, which is the second time the vessel has been here, the officers and crew were entertained by citizens, clubs and institutions interested in the eea. Sheaf Holme is expected to make port from the Pacific Coast, alao Papeete, late to-morrow night. She will berth on Wednesday morning at the King's wharf. (U.S.S. Co'.) Canadian Planter will arrive from Montreal at <i p.m. to-morrow. She brings general cargo and will berth at Prince's wharf. She also discharges at Wellington and Australian ports. (C.N.S.)
