WRESTLING.
TO-NIGHT'S BOUT AT THEATRE. The wrestling bout arranged for thie evening at His Majesty's Theatre will appeal strongly to wrestling fane in this city in view or the fact that Andresen had not appeared here previously. From all accounts the Swede is the type of wrestler who will make many friends, He is oi the last and vigorous type and introduced plenty of variety into his work, using Ilk legs with uncanny cleverness. Aiulrcsen has secured many falls over hie opponents with a full nelson secured with the legs. Hie record in the United Statee is particularly impressive, and after boute with Peeek, Lewis and Savoldi the promoters did not hesitate to feature Andreeen in many of their main events, realising that his wrestling was something out of the ordinary. Lofty Jllomfiehl should be an ideal opponent for Andreeen and in his present form should give the Swede hie hardest matcli. The pair met previously in Duncdin, the bout ending in a draw after eight rounds of the linest wrestling seen in that city. A repetition of that form and to-night's contest should be a thriller. The following amateur preliminaries have been arranged: W. Williamson (Y.M.C.A.), 9.7. v. A. Waugh (Community Sunshine), 9.7; E. Pinches (Community Sunshine), 0.0, v. C. Jones (Y.ai.CA.), 9.«; V. Rawle (Y.M.C.A.), 10.6, v. IS. Tupp (Leys),. 11.0; J. O'Connor (Community Sunshine), 8.6, v. Kisha Bana (Y.M.C.A.), 7.8. Emergency bout: S. Hobbs (Leys), i).O, v. B. Vendt (Bayview). 9.12.
