STOLEN GOODS?

SEIZED BY DETECTIVES. RUGS, CLOTHING AND TYRES. Yesterday afternoon Detectives AII- - and Brown recovered a considerable quantity of goods which are believed to have been stolen from premises which have been entered in the city and suburbs during the last few months. The goods recovered by the detectives include much clothing, woollen rugs and blankets and motor tyres. The clothing, all new. is alleged to have been part of the £100 worth which was stolen from the mercery shop of Mr. E. E. Baldvrson, Papatoetoc. early this month, while the woollen goods are said to have been stolen from the Onehunga Woollen Mills on July 22, when about £00 worth were removed by a thief, who entered through, a window. The new tyres are similar to £05 worth stolen from the shop of a tvre dealer in Grafton on July 23.
