BIG LOSS TO FARMERS.
WHEAT RUST IN CANADA. (Received 1 p.m.) OTTAWA, August 27. "Prairie farmers will lose 100,000.000 dollars through wheat rust," states Mr. E. S. Archibald, director of the Government experimental farms. "It is the worst ever, and will reduce the grain crop by 102,000,000 bushels."
