CRIPPLED CHILDREN.
ROTARIAN SUPPORT. "It is our 'baby' and we must see that it gets a good start, with no lack of moral and material nourishment," said Mr. J. P. O'Connor, president of the Auckland Rotary Club, when he appealed to members at to-day's lunch meeting to give wholehearted support to the Crippled Children Association. Last year, said Mr. O'Connor, the movement had constituted the major activity of New Zealand Rotary clubs, who had been largely instrumental in the establishment of the existing organisation. The care of crippled children was still one of their major activities, and he hoped that Rotariaus would respond 100 per cent to the appeal that they should become members of the association which had been formed to carry on the work.
