VETERAN CRICKETER.
WELL-KNOWN PERSONALITY. (Received 10 a.m.) SYDXEY, this day. The death lias occurred of Mr. Alfred William Green, a prominent social and charity worker. He was president of the Xew South Wales Cricket Association and a foundation officer of the Australian Board of Cricket Control. His age was 77.
