ST. HELIER'S CROQUET.
The St. Helier's Buy Croquet Club held its fortnightly bridge afternoon in the bowlers' pavilion on Tuesday, when progressive bridge was played. Prizes presented by Mr. Roberts were won by Mesdames Dean, Nealie, and St. Clair Inglis.
Mrs. Lowe, the president, received the guests, among whom were: Mesdames Roberts, Dean. Dunn, Xealie, Garrard, McGregor. McMaster, Biggs. Bayli«s, Maunder, Krptehniar, Moodie. Xegus, St. Clair Inglte. Clarke. Wright, White. Cole, Darroch, Reade, Bnrnsido, Birks, Bradshaw, McChesney, Loekwood, and the Misses Hodgson. Porter, Jaeobsen and Appleyard.
