CABINET FORMED.

NEW DUTCH MINISTRY. (Keceived 1.30 p.m.) THE HAGUE, July 31. Dr. Colijn, former Prime Minister, has formed a Ministry, including three Catholics and two Liberal Democrats. AVith the exception of the Socialist section and the Catholic Press, the new Cabinet is hailed with satisfaction. Dr. Colijn, in order to restore calm in the country, is not summoning the Chamber until September. He stated that the attack on the guilder had failed. The Ministry will continue the existing monetary policy. Gold to the value of £250,000 from Holland was being loaded at Croydon for shipment from Southampton to America, when instructions were received to return it to Amsterdam by air.
