WAIHI JUNCTION,

FUTURE ARRANGEMENTS.

At tlio annual meeting of shareholders In the Waihi Grand Junction Gold Co., held in London recently, a shareholder asked whether, in view of the sale of the Waihi mine to a new company, tlie Junction Company had made any arrangements about the agreement. He also sought some indication from directors as to tlieir attitude should an offer for purchase be received t'rum the Waihi Company or its successor. Mr. \\\ l>. Gauvain, chairman of directors, said the agreement between the Junction Company and the Waihi Company would terminate in 1936 and the question of future arrangements was under consideration. Should an offer for purchase be received it would be given most careful attention.
