NEW WOMEN'S CLUB.
Yesterday afternoon saw a good attendance of members and friends at the New Women's Club rooms, Union Buildings, for tlie usual fortnightly frame. Mrs. E. Sutfcon was convener. The prizes were won by Mie« M. Craig, Mrs. J. R. Boyd and Miss DickflOn,
An interesting debate took place on Tuesday night between Mrs. M. Irwin, of GrecnliitTie, author of the pamphlet, "M.I. Plan," and Mr. J. Johnstone, Mamirewa. The subject was: "That the M.I. Plan is Sound Both, in Theory and Practice." Mrs. W. B. Darlow, president, wae in the chair.
