SUDDEN COIJuAFSE IN HALL,

(By Telc-gTaph.—Own Correspondent.) WAIHI, this day.

An old age pensioner, Thomas Stuart Carter, aged S2 years, died suddenly when sitting in a chair in \ ictoria Hall. Waikino, yesterday. Mr. Carter had made an appointment with Dr. L. R. Hetherington, of Wailii, to meet him at Waikino for the purpose of a consultation, and the doctor was present when death ensued. Mr. Carter lived by himself in a small shack at Waikino. He , was a native of New South Wales, and had no relatives in the Dominion.
