Imperial Issues Discussed In London. EMPIRE PARLIAMENT. (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, July 12. Mr. L. S. Amcry, formerly Dominions Secretary, presided over a meeting of Empire Parliamentarians when a joint private debate took place on trade, agriculture and migration, in which Mr. Bodkin, of New Zealand, took part. Mr. J. IT. Thomas, Dominions Secretary, explained some of the difficulties in "arriving at meat and other agreements. The Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Walter Elliot, in winding up the debate, assured the conference that the Government would closely consider the arguments of the Dominions.
