NET PROFITS £10,077,
The annual report of the directors of Newton King, Ltd., for the 12 months ended April 30, states that there has been improved results, and a net profit of £10,077 is disclosed. The accumulated deficit brought forward from previous years has been reduced by this amount, and now stands at £26.701. Allowance for depreciation and maintenance charges totalling £7210 has been made. Chief items in the balance-sheet are: Liabilities: Paid capital, £204,529; mortgages, £13,340; Bank of New Zealand, £157.070; other creditors, £00,800. Assets: Property and plant, £73. *00; stocks, £">2,300; sundry debtors, £319,000. NEW PRIVATE COMPANY. The following privata company has been registered in Auckland: — Associated Discount Company, Limited, financiers. Capital: £1500, in £1 shares. Subscribers: Charles Kingsley Mills and Reginald Henry Folder, 500 shares each; Frederic William Willis and Kobert Weston Kirkpatrick, 250 shares each. INDUSTRIAL LABORATORIES.
