INVALID PENSIONS.
The Hon. J. G. Cobbe says that ho personally, and the Government, would like to see the invalid pensions granted. Many thanks, Mr. Cob be! There are hundreds of others like myself who aro distressed and grieved over their sick and needy relatives who would bless the day and all concerned when that .bill was passed. Perhaps it would bo an opportune time for the Hon. J. G. Cobbe and our Mr. Savage to approach Mr. .Forbes and Mr. C'oates on the matter. They are returning from a delightful trip to England, where they have been feted and highly honoured. They must feel very gratified, and I feel sure would like to show a proof of their arratitude to their supporters by putting the bill through. OPTIMISTIC.
