The following prizes for lfist season were presented at the auxhall Lawn Tennis Club's social cn Wednesday evenA Grade Championship Singles. —Ladies, Mrs. J. Mason; men's, Air. G. Warren. _B grade championship singles: Ladies, Miss It. Wallace: men's, Mr. I*. Hartnoll. Men's championship doubles : Mr. G. Warren and Mr. L. Brooks. Ladies* championship doubles: Mrs. J. Mason and Miss J. l'arry. Championship combines: Miss B. Brooks and Mr. fi. Warren. Handicap singles: Ladles, Miss ,T. I'nrry; men's, Mr. P. Hartnoll. Men's handicap doubles: Mr. C. Harris and Mr. 15. Smalley. Ladies' handicap doubles : Miss O. Stokes and Miss K. Stanford. Combine ! handicap : Mrs. A. Wallace and Mr. C. Harris. Most Improved players' cups: Ladies, Mrs. I'. Hartnoll; men's, Mr. E. Lundon. Meritorious cup : This is a new one in the club competitions. It is for annual competition and is awarded to the player, either lady or gentleman, whose performances in the playing activities of the club, 111 the opinion of the committee, have been the most meritorious during the season. This year the cup has been awarded to a lady whose efforts in both club and inter-club competitions have been particularly outstanding, Mrs. A. Wallace.
