! ADMINISTRATOR'S TOUR. (By Tclejrraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The United Press Association's Samoa correspondent states that the Administrator, Sir'H. 15. Hart, is now making a tour of the group, as this will be his last opportunity before his departure from Samoa this month. He is accompanied by Mr. C. G. R. McKay, Secretary of Native Affairs, Mr. D. A. J. Rutherford, Director of Education, and Dr. H. B. Turbott, chief medical adviser. The Administrator, accompanied by Lady Hart and the members of the official party, were to visit the Pago Pago naval station during the first week in July.
